If you wish to make an appointment by phone and live within our local calling area, please dial 524-6411 and our receptionist will personally work with you to make an appointment on a day and time that is convenient for you.

To prepare for your appointment. Dr. Hill recommends that you follow these instructions:

• Bring your most recent and best pair of glasses.
• Bring the addresses and telephone numbers of your doctors and emergency contacts.
• Bring a list of all Medications you are taking.
